Aftermarket air filter re-oiling
K, so this is probably a stupid question, but I need to ask....
So I'm going to clean and re-oil my Steeda Intake filter tomorrow afternoon, must I use Steeda oil (blue) or can I use some stuff I have kicking around (K&N red)?

RE: Aftermarket air filter re-oiling
I was wondering abouta similarthing: using my red Amsoil air filter oil on my Steeda. But I DO love that blue...
Also, and not related to the topic, I'm going to buy a replacement filter one of these days so I I can cleanthe dirty oneat my leisure then store it while the 2nd is installed. Even though my Stang isn't my DD, I don't want any downtime due to waiting for the filter to dry before reoiling.
