how do i go about using the vht night shades on my turn signals. do i have to sand the parts first? i couldnt find the "how to" on this one

i think ill have an auto body shop do them, doing it myself with the cost of paint and clear coat and sand paper arent any cheaper.

If you do it yourself, you would need to lightly sand them, paint them and then clear them to get it to look good.
