let me know how it works out, have you thought of replacing them with take off grabber orange panels? I thought about it but kept mine.

here's mine:
ahhhh you bum , I'm supposed to be the only orange mustang here ... oh well your car is what I basically want mine to look like did you do the stripes yourself or did they come with them on there cause thats exactly what I want . what grebbar orange panels btw ?

Must have been a rental maybe? Anytime I rent a mustang it has those on it. But yeah, it will look 10x better when you get rid of them.
for the 15th time my car wasnt a rental I've seen the history , one previous owner and he leased it for a year.
Was the previous owners name John Hurtz? or Mr. Alamo? or Captain Kirk of Enterprise?

I agree, those Ford Country Squire station wagon bumper strips don't belong on a Mustang. Good luck getting them off, you have a lot of good suggestions to work with.

I was in the same boat as you,and removed the door guard from my car. I just used some dental floss, and it came off pretty easy. Looks much better off.

P.S. you can replace the plastic guard under the door with a grabber orange GT take off, that is what I originally thought you were talking about.
