I've never operated the Ford OEM nav, but if it's anything like most OEM units, you'll get more bang for your buck with aftermarket.

I got the Kenwood DNX-5120. Has the parrot blutooth capbilities that we need here in Cali now, mandoq. Does everything the z2 does but at more than 1/2 the price. And the nav is a built in hard drive GARMIN NAV.
Yep, great unit. Definitely recommend over anything else due to the low price.
