Default Building an engine

Does any body know any good sites that I can look at to really start to understand the internals of the 4.6 L engine? Or sites that can teach me how to chose and put together a better then stock engine?

I am planning on getting the 298Stroker from Livernois Motorsports. That seems to be the best option I have found. Congrats on the newfoud boost! I love you wheels, stang looks great.

Thats good stuff, but do you think it would be better to buy a new block and start from scratch or get the stock block rebuilt? Price wise and performance wise. How many HP (if its rebuilt) can our stock blocks handle?

it's going to depend on
a) how much down time you can handle
b) how much of the work you want to do at home

i'm pretty sure a stock aluminum block with forged rotating assembly, could
handle over 800rwhp (more than enough).
