Can't help except to say, if the car has a PP, it probably came that way. Some on here are changing their front end look to a GT style. I doubt they would settle at upgrading to a PP.

Put your VIN in here but it doesn't tell you much.
You can probably contact Ford to find out what it came with.

I'm not seeing any info on how to decode new Mustang VIN numbers. Not like the old code plates that would tell you about all the options.
One site said that you will only be told other things that would match up with a factory Pony Package. Like you won't find a real one on any GT. I'd recommend comparing it to a known Pony Package.
In the 2006 Mustang brochure it says it comes with:
Pony grill and fog lamps, rear spoiler, chromed air vent surrounds, 17" painted aluminum wheels with Tri-bar Pony center caps, Pony fender badges, MUSTANG side stripes, Mustang badge on the floor mats, anti-lock brakes and Traction Control.

That means it will be pretty hard to clone a Pony Package!

If it has an 18mm rear anti sway bar, its a PonyPackage or
a V6 with a PP rear sway put on it.
No rear anti sway bar, its either been removed or its a V6 non-PP.
Or if it has a 20mm rear sway, it has a GT-take-off rear anti sway bar.

There is no VIN designator for PP. Ford has a database with option info for a VIN though. Here's what your VIN means:

1ZV - Ford passsenger car
F - driver/passenger airbags (H - front and side airbags)
T80 - coupe (T82 - GT or Shelby GT Coupe; T84 - convertible; T85 - GT vert; T88 - GT500 coupe; T89 -GT500 vert)
N - 4.0L 210 HP V6 (H - 4.6L 300 HP V8; S - 5.4L 500 HP V8)
8 - check digit
6 - 2006
5 - Flat Rock Assembly Plant
136753 - sequential
