Default 800 number

I've read, on this forum, where some people have called an 800 number to check on the status of their order. Would somone be willing to post that number on this thread so I can call and check on the status of the GT I bought? It was last seen somewhere in Michigan and I'd like to see if there is more current information. Thanks.

The number is 1-800-392-3673 then listen for the prompts and it will give you to a customer service rep. Good luck

Dang, I called that number and they couldn't tell me anything. They said there was some code they didn't understand and to call the dealer where I purchased it.

Gianf, sometimes the voice recognition has problems understanding what you are saying even if you say it. I call it all the time, and a lot of times it won't understand when I say T82 (Body code for GT Coupe), but when my brother says it, it works everytime. Make sure you have the dealer code (a letter and five numbers, only use the five numbers on the 800 number; model year, order # (comes from the dealer), and body code (T82 for GT Coupe, T85 for GT Conv., I am not sure of the V6 codes). Good luck with it, it can be very frustrating.

Steve... I always called Bobby, he checked for me whenever I asked him to. Did they ever change the delivery date from 4/22?

Don,

Yeah they changed it to 4/29 but it still isn't here as of today. I called yesterday and Bobby hadn't heard anything. It's getting harder to wait knowing the car is built and somewhere back east. There's nothing to do about it but wait though.

lol... I hear ya, man. Remember, I had it on order since Jan 18... the waiting was brutal. If I hadn't have gotten lucky, I'd still be waiting. If it shipped this past Monday like it was supposed to have, then you'll probably get it in the next week.

BTW, when you take delivery, I'm supposed to get a couple Outback steaks courtesy of Perry Ford.

Sorry... nice try though. My wife gets to share that one. She's the one who had to listen to me whine and cry for 3-1/2 months.
