Dear 05Retro,

Either Polished or Chrome will work, but the Chrome is basically maintenance free...

Polished will require polishing them every once in a while...

Chrome requires nothing more than soap and water and a nice clean terry cloth towel...

17x9 and 18x9 are available with correct offset. It's 10" that are not available (at least as far as I know). The 9" wheels are available at these sites:

By the way, I have decided to go with the 17" chrome Bullitts. After countless hours of research, I have determined that there is no 18" tire/wheel combo that fits my needs good enough. I had a few criteria: (1) I didn't want the back tires to be shorter than the stock tires, approx 27.2"; (2) I wanted some sidewall flex for better straightline traction, so anything less than a 45 profile wouldn't work for me; and (3) I wanted at least 275mm-wide rubber in the back.

So, here is the current plan:

REAR - 275/50-17 Nitto 450s on 17x9 chrome Bullitts (27.9" tall, ~10.8" wide (1.6" wider than stock))
FRONT - 255/50-17 Nitto 450s on 17x9 chrome Bullitts (27" tall, ~10" wide (0.8" wider than stock))

Now, I just have to order them!

Netspider,.....correct me if Im wrong but you have the polished aluminum bullits dont you? You got them from the Ford Parts Dept. I just called them & they said they only have the polished aliuminum wheels & the picture you posted looks like exactly those,....

Discofan's are the chrome ones, you can see the difference

You are right, the info in the book reads...

So I guess I was wrong and the only chrome part is the sponner, but they still look nice .
