Asked dealer to change spark plugs, looks like they didn't
They charged me 125.00 for it. But the black caps that are over the plugs still have dust on them and looks like no hands have touched them. When the guy came out to tell me the car was ready, I asked how did the spark plugs look. He said not too bad, might see a little more power and MPG. I think the dealer totally ripped me off.

i guess its possible but just because there is still dust on them doesnt mean they didn't do it. if you were skeptical you should have asked to see the old plugs

I wasn't skeptical until the next time I opened my hood and noticed no removal of any dust on plug covers. Has anybody else ever had this happen?

Remove a plug and inspect it. There should be antiseize around the shield if they followed the TSB. The plug should still look quite new also.
Personally, I don't really understand why you are changing the plugs so soon anyway.

Heck no. I would have changed them myself if I wasn't scared one would break off after reading here it happens easily. I do have 22000 miles on my mustang.

Just pop one out, if they changed them, it will come out with little effort. I believe though the design of the 08s was changed to not use the plugs I have in my 06. (which I changed out with great stress!!)
