Default Wheel Selection...

Well I have decided on the two wheel choices I am going with. Here is my question, would you guys go with 20's or 18's? My car is black & I am either going to get a set of 18" black bullits or 20" black mesh wheels (Ruff R281) with a polished lip.

The only reason I am wavering back & forth is because I recently saw a post on how much extra weight some 20" wheels add. My car will be an all around car (it will see a lot of shows & the track from time to time). Opinions????

Thanks,
Mike

18's is a much better choice. It's not just weight that the 20's add......it's extra weight that is moved away from the axis of rotation, which causes a lot of power loss.....not to mention ride quality.

I am gonna do 18's. 20 look nice but effect gas mileage, power, etc. 18 n a lowering kit!

I like 20's on the Mustang, just my opinion. But.....You could always keep your stock wheels for when you go to the track. Wouldn't be hard to swap them out real quick before you go. Just an idea.

Why not just meet in the middle with 19" thats what I would go with, but there is not too much of a selection. Take a look at tsw wheels on their website they carry all their wheels in 19 sizes.
