That seems to be concurrent with what I experienced as well. Since 4.10 gears are shorter, the reduced throttle travel is magnified.

I've had a hard time at the line trying to get to set RPM for launch w/ Brenspeed, Bama and stock tunes but I figure it's pretty much just cuz I suck.

And I have the times to back that suckage up.

Gears have nothing to do with it. The problem occurs when you're sitting still.

Good point. I just noticed the problem more in my '05, so I attributed it to that. But you're right. That wouldn't affect neutral revs.

Like I said, it's just the reduced throttle pedal travel that the tune gives you. The drive by wire is touchy anyways, and that amplifies it. There's not much you can do about it except for either change tunes, or get a 2 step.
