I have a stock mustang gt, 2006, with the exception of slp mufflers. I was hoping to get an x-pipe, or a straight(for more noise- don't like my neighbor)as long as the performance on the straight does not decrease, which i have heard that it does(not sure though). while keeping the factory headers because of warranty issues, and was wondering which brand is the best for sound and performance. thanks

 

Get an H pipe, it runs better and the pressure is much more equal.

Whatever you do do not get a straight pipe it only restricts flow.

slp LM sound better with a o/r x. I have that set up and have tried 4 diff ones and now this is wheere I am at. Its mean as hell only way to put it.

 

tomb, what ur exhaust setup. i have slp lms2 and im getn ready to get some kooks and im stuck between h and x

 

go with the x pipe with the LT .

I have o/r x with slp LM

Im not sure what the diff between the lm 2 are. I know mine are just tips basically a muffler delete.
