yes, its a kenwood indash, with a small mag mount external antenna. it is an eyesore on that car, probably wouldnt look bad on a tahoe or something, but ugly on that trunk. i will relocate it to the carpet area. i didnt know there was a reciever behind the dash...i will have to look but i dont really feel like pulling that back out of the dash again.

I'm interested in picking up a factory receiver out of the trunk, as well as the connector cable to the back of the radio head unit.

If you pop that plastic cover off on the side of your dash on the passenger side. Theres the metal support brace. I stuck mine from my pioneer GPS antenna to that. Works great. Also, if you decide you want XM or sirius. Just unplug the antenna from the factory box and you can still use the antenna on the new system. We are doing that on my parents explorer for XM. Same style plug
