HP Gains?

HP Gains?
Anyone have solid numbers for HP gains on exhaust and intakes?
I'm looking into axleback and some proven HP gains may help me decide on what to get.
Same with intakes, I know Steeda claims about 26 HP with a tune, but what about without a tune? Is it worth it? K&N claims 15 without a tune. If I'm not going to be tuning, would K&N be the route to go? Any other brands?
