I turn it off if the weather is good. Other than that, it stays on. Sometimes,even if the weather is good and im on the highway... i turn it back on. Lol, idk why but i do.

You can disable it with a relay. I did it. It makes tcs off when I turn the car on everytime, and I can still hit the button to turn it back on. Heres the link.

I wouldn't it off all the time. JMO.

What happens when you get too messed up to drive and your buddy desides to take advantage of the situation to take your baby for a joy ride.
