good to hear, sounded like a extremely annoying problem. BTW, as far as the puddle you mentiend earlier, that is normal. Its just water from your exaust leaking throught the clamps. If you drive the car short trips, water accumulates like that and leaks out the pipe.

Bending is common without welding. Weld the next set and you won't have any problems. I'm trying to picture exactly where you are talking about, but I've never heard of a welded set bending, so I'm fairly confident welding will fix it in the future.

Glad everything has come out OK and the problem identified.

Extra "hinges" in your suspension are never a good thing. That's why I have always recommended that people weld bolt-on relo brackets in anyway.
