Warranty Coverage
I contacted Ford's 800# today in order to clear up some confusion.
2005-2006 cars were sold with a 3yr/36K bumper to bumper warranty. There was no 5yr/60K drivetrain coverage on those model years when they were sold.
Per Ford, the 5yr/60K drivetrain coverage retroactively applies to 2006 models sold after July 14th of that year. Previous to that, and including 2005 models, it is strictly a 3yr/36K bumper to bumper. No extended drivetrain coverage.

Yea I found that out when I got my oasis report from ford, as well as the tech confirming it was only 3/36k. Thats why I bought a 5/50k extended bumper to bumper. Hell it was only $1,200 and i already had to have the stock TB replaced cuz it was shorting out. Now I only need $800 worth of **** to go wrong so I can get my money's worth
