Pretty much yeah. There are some bolts you can't get to otherwise.

Hey I just did this install last weekend. JBA Headers and off road H pipe. I'm by no means a pro mechanic and definitely do not have all the 'cool tools'. I will definitely say that it's challenging, but when you break things down step by step, have lots of breaks for some cold beer, and a big load of patience for getting into tight spaces, it is definitely doable. Two of us did my entire install successfully in a single garage bay with a jack and 4 axle stands.
My biggest piece of advice would be to get the motor mounts out of there early so you can get the clearance right away. I replaced mine with the Prothane mounts simultaneously and that was instrumental in getting in there.
I had 2 little issues. One was with the bolt holes on the new JBA header, they were too small and caused binding on the remaining header studs. We drilled them out bigger and that was perfect. The second was with my steering wheel. One of us turned the steering wheel ever so slightly while we had the rack unbolted and now my wheel is sitting a couple degrees out. Not major, but the problem is I do not have the facilities just to jack it back up and move it back the right way!

I live and run my shop in Gardner. I do get out and about, hitting a few shows and getting out late to play occasionally.
