didn't put my plate on from dec07 (when i got it) to march. got pulled over, officer gave me a warning cuz it was the night before my bday and didn't want to ruin it.

got a ticket last week for my 20% all around, and a 60 in a 35 (not radar'd, cop said he had to go 75 to catch up to me...weak!) good thing i had my bracket on...one of the cops did a quick double take to make sure i had one, i had a good laugh.

oh well. i get to tear my tints off and then throw em back on in one day. yay for me

I used to have it on my car til i wrecked....dont worry only cosmetic damage no damage to frame...but my LP was mangled...i keep it in the trunk...got pulled over by DPS like 4 times and just all warnings...good thing the car that was going in the opposite direction flashed his lights warning me of the DPS or i would've been in jail for goin 120 mph on the back roads of west tx

In TX, it only needs to be visible. There's nothing saying it HAS to be on the front bumper. So what I did before I got my inspection was put it on the dash. It was showing and all that's required so I got past it.

Once I drove away, I took it and stuck it back in the glove box.

I'd be glad to buy if it works well...
craig's bracket works very well and installs in about 5 minutes. no way will it ever fall off either (it's actually kinda difficult to take it off deliberately)...
