You can get a GT rear to accomodate dual exhaust that you plan to do. Your color will be easy to find at the take off dealers, or Saleen. Just have her foot the bill for replacement and get the car fixed so you can mentally move on.

4 days old... that is gut-wrenching. This kind of thing is always out there and I try not to think about it.

Its good no one was hurt and you didn't resort to hurting the perp.

Well, I know she's in trouble for not having insurance, as it was listed in the police report I received. I'm just infuriated at the fact that her brakes had been giving her problems, yet she continued to drive until the problem got her into an accident.

I do know my insurance will be covering the damages to my Mustang, though I do wish she'd be punished severely for not having properly functioning brakes and not even having insurance.

Thanks for all the positive comments guys, I appreciate it.

This is the second time I've heard of a person with knowingly messed up brakes continuing to drive on them and then admitting they knew of the problem AFTER they cause an accident. Good grief people are fuggin stupid. Period.

Yeah that same thing happened to someone else on here with a black gt... lady knowingly didn't have brakes and she tried to use the emergency brake to stop.
At least you didn't have injuries like he did!
Reguardless, People suck.
