Default Xcal2 errors found my fix.

The past few weeks I have been switching tunes and noticed I have been getting more and more errors while trying to wipe the ECM or upload the tune.

Once I had all the lights on the dash light up after the tune was loaded. Another time a single light on the dash would not go out. I was getting errors while verifying the eeprom, I got errors while trying to upload the tune. I thought I fixed it by wiping the xcal out and starting over but I must have pushed the cable just right.

Today I decided for the hell of it to void the warranty on the XCAL2 and pulled it apart. It was really simple. Under the display is a connector that was actually half unplugged. I pushed the connector back in and uploaded a tune w/o a problem. Overtime somehow this connection came unplugged just enough to cause random errors.
