Default Speedometer issues

this is my first post (cool site btw)

the speedo on my car is reading at between 70-120 when my car is at 0mph. when i go faster the speedometer reads fast until it eventuall cant go any further. I had the problem about two months ago and i just detached the battery so the computer would reset and that fixed it. this time no luck. anyone had this issue?

oh look how fast my sixxer can go

Your pointer is mis-aligned. Stealership time.

i think it might be a little more then the misaligned pointer. because, the cruise isn't working properly, and the fuel gauge isn't giving the right reading. also the pointer starts at a different place everytime the car is on.

The cruise someimes wont work in 5th so if you down shift to 4th and put the cruise on then put it back in 5th itll work. then on the next down shift the cruise wont work again. and the full gauge, when full its reading about an 1/8 of a tank less then full.
