If you want to see how the 4:10's will affect your highway driving, try driving everywhere in 4th gear for a while. It's not exact, but it's pretty close to what the engine speed will be if you switch the gears.
If you want to go REALLY fast though, take the money you'd spend on a supercharger, gears, tune, etc. and buy a Hayabusa
