has anyone istalled hood pins ?and if you did how did the install go?

Which set are you going to use. I haven't been able to locate a set I like. I did see one set that was nice, but they didn't include a lanyard.

I don't have the link handy with me here at work, but I really like the screw in cap style of hood keepers. Looks much nicer than the pins in my opinion.

Are you talking about the original style that came on the Mach I? I really like those a lot. I believe the cap looked like a Mercedes emblem in the middle. It gave your fingers something to grip on and they were spring loaded.

Thanks. I do too. You can run the cables to loop to the inside or outdside. I like the inside look. Mine are the Sumitt Racing one's. I picked these, because the hairpins stand-up. On the others, they lay on thier side.
