Default Speedconcepts.net... Not So Fast

Hi guys,
Has anyone purchased anything from them?

I ordered a rear end in August 1st and have not received any responses since. I try to call and send e-mails but no answers. I am starting to get nervous now...

Any help would be appreciate.

Thanks.

Sorry to hear about your problems with them. Hope you get it resolved.

I ordered my MAC o/r prochamber from them and they shipped it the next day. Before placing the order, I called to confirm availability and had a hard time getting a live person on the phone. Each call would go to a answering machine. I left a voicemail on the first call. I was able to talk to some guy after the fourth call. He was very helpful and said they had some prochambers in stock so I went ahead and placed the order online. I actually received my order a day earlier than I thought I would.

I finally received my parts after two months and some days. Well, I received the rear end and the pinion flange were missing - they shipped it afterward. Biggest worries were finally not to be able to have some news (either by phone or e-mail). But in the end it's here. I am relieved now.
