just a side note on relocation brackets - i definitely bent mine and my best 60' was in the 1.9's. Gave me all kinds of issues. Those things need to be welded in period.

do they make like heavy duty billet ones or would that not work...it seems like welding them would still mak them vulnerable to bending

What usually bends is the support in the rear. Welding them on the side puts less stress on the rear support.

You get that new Mammoth blower setup you were posting about before?
Yep sure did. Installed it and ran 695rwhp on the break in tune with the big pulley. We pulled the motor and are currently porting the head and installing stage 3 cams. All that will go back on a new shortblock from MMR (their Monster Mod Block) good for 1600 to 2000hp. The car is at the chasis builder getting the cage work done and a few other tweaks.

Once we get everything back together were going to be putting on the small pulley and spraying the whole thing! Should make some serious power then!

I don't have sway bars in the rear or the front. I really don't need them for what my car is used for. It primarily is a drag strip car with only minimal street use. It is street legal but has gotten to be too much to drive on the street......it's just not much fun anymore on the street.

Thats why I bought the cobra!

In the front, losing weight. In the rear, keeping the rear centered and reducing squat on launch. It's ok for the street, but not something you want to drive on a road course.

IIRC - they changed their suggestion on that and now say they should be welded in on install.
