Default Do you think I can get a better price for a 2009 Mustang?

I am about to buy my first mustang. I gave my sales guy these two different sets of specs for a car I am interested in. The final price is for the X-Plan and includes all taxes, fees, and rebates. The price is the out the door price and "supposedly" non negotiable. Let me know if you think I can do better or if this is a good deal and which I should go with.

Car 1:
2009 V6 Base Mustang
black ext/black int
+Automatic Transmission
+Safety and Security Package

Out the door price:$21,155

Car 2:
2009 V6 Premium Mustang
black ext/black int
+Automatic Transmission
+Safety and Security Package
+Heated Leather Trimmed Bucket Seats
+Comfort Package

Out the door price:$24,228

I got that. I just left it all out to make it easier to read. The only fees were the legit stuff like destination, tag title, etc...

with the economy the way it is, you can do better them that.

A friend is working out a deal on a fully loaded Cali Special for $25,000. Thats a damn good deal.
