Hey guys,

Its about that time. My car doesn't **** my neighbors off nearly as much as i'd like to. So I'm looking to put some headers and an h/x pipe on my stang. I haven't really read around about what combinations sound good with the SLP Loudmouths. And I'm looking for personal experience or any help please. Anybody running LM's with an H or X pipe plus some headers? How's she sound?

06ELNR just put some BBK shorty's on and he said he loves the sound but hes hooked up to stock midpipe...

I mean a midpipe isn't really a necessity I suppose. I'd just like to have a complete exhaust kit. It would be less of a hassle since i wouldnt have a check engine light on. So I'm not completely opposed to just headers.

i have slp lm. i have kooks long tubes and waiting on an o/r x from them.
i will let you know how it goes.

like johnboy said, I just put my BBK headers on yesterday and it made it sound so much better! it is not louder just deeper, it is just right!

Thanks for the responses, 06elnr your car is gorgeous. I'm going for a similar theme on my silver GT. Im black shelby striping instead of the 2 tone though.
