Thanks folks! Yeah, we're headed to Myrtle Beach to do NOTHING for a week! Can't wait. Can't wait to put some serious time in behind the wheel on my baby. Looking forward to fall foliage with the top down and driving along the beach......

BTW, I did an ipod interface on my f-150, not the pie, but one very similar--although more expensive--control the ipod from the radio...cool, very cool.

Ah ha! I found it! This is the device I used on my F150. I can control the iPod from the radio console, it keeps the iPod charged and I keep it tucked away in the glove box. I never touch the iPod anymore, it's really cool.

Definately. I had the PIE aux adapter on my shaker 500 for roughly 2 months then it fried, so I got another under warranty that lasted right at 2 months as well before it died. PIE wouldn't replace the second one and wanted me to pay for the repairs so I trashed it and bought a panasonic head unit. A year and a half later, not the first problem, I have full control of my ipod through the HU, and well as charging the ipod.

 

Until the CD-Rs start to delaminate from the extreme heat
and get stuck inside the shaker.
