Default Convertible top programming?

Some convertibles let you put the top up or down while moving maybe 15 mph. My 08 Stang wants to be at a dead stop. I'm assuming the computer locks it out. Anybody know if this can be reprogrammed?

you dont have to be at a dead stop.... up to maybe 3mph and it'll work

I'd strongly urge u not to screw with that.......

Its stated plainly in the owners manual.
Vert tops and their respective mechanisms are very expensive
and very vulnerable to damage when in the transistion stage
from open to close or close to open.
If you can reprogram your SJB, then it can be done.
Oterwise dont mess with a good thing.
Even 007 James Bond stops to put his top up or down.
