I've heard that some of the piping with the hellion goes BELOW the front axle, making it impossible to use with those of us using very low springs, is that true??

No it's not impossible, however you do need to be careful over speed bumps, driveways and the likes... my buddy has a Hellion and has the Eibach Pro-Kit and it's fine as long as he takes the necessary precaution.

He is putting down around 425rwhp if I remember correctly and has over 30k miles on the turbo... about 45k on the car with no problems at all.

are you planning on a lot of track time? Theres lots of people that have all kinds of problems tuning turbos, and maf sprayback stalling after wot runs and leaks.. The higher you push them the more they start running into these problems i doubt 425 would give any problems but just a thought. Theres some really reliable twin screws s/c's if this is just a fun car to drive around.

well i will go to the track but prolly not religously, and it is definatly gonna be a fun car to drive around town, i was thinking s/c but i hear turbo is just a lil better plus no parasitic loss like a s/c.

there really isnt anything better about a turbo, theres been many turbo vs s/c debates on here, and they all eventually get locked lol. They all have their advantdges really, thats why i was asking what it was mainly used for. Turbos are really sweet for the track, while a twin screw s/c is extremely fun from stop light to stop light because of the instant torque. If you are dead set on a turbo though, hellion isnt bad, also powerhouse is pretty good, there is a guy running a 9.8 in the 1/4 mile on one. the sts kit also isnt bad.

Yea but what about a lower drop, like say my H&R Super Sports? To the OP, it's all on what you like, but for me, SC'ers seem fun, but I'm going for a turbo with some 4.10's... sound and power are what's driving me to go turbo... nice that there is no loss in MPG as well
