the chin spoiler should be pretty easy, but it depends on what kind it is. Like the cdc aggressive is a bit harder to install due to cutting the bumper.
Hood Scoops are a bit tougher to install as well because they have to be lined up and then you have to drill like 12 holes in your hood. But they look good

i installed my scoop in less than an hour. it wasnt too hard since i know how to use a high powered drill

it does look great when you are done though.
i dont know about the chin
