Anyone know how they mount under the hood? i tried calling upr which is who makes them but i guess they dont answer their phones.

Remove your plastic radiator cover and you will see the factory radiator mount. Unbolt and remove it, and install the new ones in there instead. Then install the pins, mark the hood, and carefully drill the holes.
