Could someone who knows the ins and outs of the exhaust help

I own a v6 and am having my second muffler hung tomorrow. I can either y the pipe near the rear and run it over to the drivers side or just run two pipes str8 back from the cats. I'm probably going to go with true duals but does anyone know if this will negativly impact the car in any way. One mechanic I talked to was running his mouth about O2 sensors after the cats and stuff but I have the feeling he didn't know what he was talking about although im not completly sure.

I had my dealer install true duals on my V6. They sound great, I have had zero problems in over 2,000 miles. If I do they can't blame me for aftermarket equipment issues. Good luck!

Did you notice any incease in power after getting the duals? I have the MMR intake and tube already and am hoping that I get a little more top end power.
