Anyone thought about that yet? Since the windows rolls up into the lip, Ford's fix to rain gutters, how would u get the door open?
Nope, this question was brought up by a friend of mine Friday night at the car show hangout. Thought it was an interesting question, so posted it here.

OK OK OK, here is the what if no one thought about yet...

Not only does your battery die while you are in it but you have just blown the motor in a high speed chase running from the Columbian drug cartel while driving off a long pier over a 100 ft drop into salt water and you have just submerged the car and are going down fast while bullets are raining down on you...

What would you do now? I mean, I wouldn't want to hurt my weather stripping...
But if you have a Vert, you can unlatch the top and it will act like a parachute and lower you slowly down the 100ft fall. And if you lift one corner just right, you can steer it so you land on the beach instead of the water.. then open your door, since you have already released the top, no worry on hurting you weather stripping.. Yeah buddy, but in a vert you didn't even make it that far, you forgot about the Columbian drug lords spraying your car with 9mm automatic uzi's and the sort. That soft top is not going to stop a single bullet...[sm=badidea.gif]

But I use the "New and Improved 303 Protectant"... it is so good, it makes your top bullet proof..
