may i suggest a 3.90 gears? 4.6s being a mod motor like to rev.
I've thought about them but then I figured that 3.73 would be a good jump from 3.31.
I had 3.55s in my last fox body 5.0 and loved them but of course that was a different car.
I'd like it to be about 2500rpm at 80 on the freeway.

It is a great time to buy these cars as you can get brand new GT's for the price of v6's. I got my brand new 08 GT last month for only 21k. Only options were Shaker 500 and Auto though. The way I look at it, I can spend 9k in mods and it would still be under MSRP. Congrats on the new car.

that's a nice looking stock GT!
Do you mind telling us what the window sticker (MSRP) price was?

you got the one with the less desirable colored interior, go back and get a black on red.

until then you will be known as a dork.

Sweet looking ride. That interior is distinct and a nice change from the basic dark interiors.

Good deal. The Dealerships are hurting and you can really bargain. I just picked up an '08 4Runner for $3100 below invoice after "almost" getting thrown out of the showroom.
