Default Help with Drivers window

Ok so here is my problem. The auto up feature on my driver’s side window is not working. If I hold the switch it will go up but I have to hold it. My problem is because of this when I open the door the window still drops like it is supposed to but it will not return to the up position. My car is under warranty but just wanted to see if maybe it was something simple to fix on my own like some kind of calibration reset or something?

Make sure your door is closed and windows in full up position. Hold the window switch in the up position for 2 seconds then release. It should work.

If not, put both windows all the way down, disconnect the battery for a minute and reconnect.
Crank the car and bring your windows up.
It should reset itself.
