Default Uneven Brake Wear

Ok I put me a LSD in my car the other day, and while I had the calipers off, I just replaced the back brakes cause it was getting time for them to be replaced. So my question is, that the inner brake pads were worn much more that the outside brake pads, and its the same way on the front to. I have heard of cars doing this but never experienced it till now. So what do you do to fix this. I have seen how to before but forgot so can someone help me out
