I suppose if I could find a Black automatic GT for 23K I would consider it. I dont think I have seen a GT with these same specs under 28K. That deal above sounds too good to be true and it would require me flying all the way to California and drive back 2,300 miles. If you can find those specs in a GT for me closer at 23K let me know.

You have to do your homework. Go to www.kbb.com and build your car exactly as it sits on the lot with all the options. KBB will get you darned close to MSRP and invoice. Then you just need the ballz to go into the dealer and "out-azzhole" them by offering what you consider a fair offer (which is below invoice) and THEN deduct any factory rebate and dealer incentives. They'll harass you, try to bargain with you, even intimidate you but they're only lowlife car salesmen; remember that. And have fun.

I accually did that and its pretty damn close. The thing to remember is that getting an automatic is like an extra $1000 and the Safety/security package is another $830 and the comfort package with heated seats is another $1000. These options sure add up quick!

I was told by many that it seems the best time to buy is right after christmas and before the new year.
