i really cant stand my stock shifter right now. everyone else that drives my car loves it because its better then their euro or jap car's. i want a new shifter but not sure which one to get. the shelby comes with a hurst so i was thinking about going and getting one of those but i hear mixed opinions on it. anyone got an idea on what shifter i should look into going with??

alot of people like the Hurst. i have felt the Hurst, and wasn't impressed by it. Your other choice is the MGW.

Am i the only one that likes the stock shifter for everyday driving?

I hear MGW's are great, I fell in love with my Pro 5.0 but it's all personal feel/taste preferences.

I don't mind the stock shifter, but would like to try the Hurst.

i had the billet hurst which was awsome but i had the rattle so i went with the mgw and that is awsome as well and you have alot of options with it cause you can adjust the throw and the height of the handle plus mgw has alot of nice handles and *****

Saleen H302 shifter is very nice.

be careful to get the 2007 though, the 2008 one is different and doesn't feel as good.

i like the GT500 shifter

its perfect: a nice short throw, nothing vague about it, you know when you are in gear and you dont have to force it

now if i could get it without buying the six-speed fun box that'd be awesome

but i have not tried a MGW, and i dont really care for the hurst (just dont like the feel of the cue ball in my hand, and its hard to tell if the gear is engaged)
