Red face wiring a CB

the first wire job sucked on my radio so i am re-doing it. the radio will sit on my dash in the center. there will be a PA wire, and a power wire. I need to know where i can run the wires through the console, and then into the engine compartment where the PA horn is and i will connect the radio to the battery. I used to have it connected to the fuse box, but the wiring was tricky. Please let this be a discussion on wiring and not "your a dumb hick for having a CB". thanks

there are 2 pretty good spots to run
wires through the firewall.

one is near the drivers left foot area and
the other is by the passengers right
foot area.

either one will require the removal of the inner wheel
well fender....

post pics, i wish i had a PA in my car sometimes.

http://www.fjcruiserforums.com/forum...ll-w-pics.html Try this with a 12v Fuse box Block If you want to run cable just run it through the boot or the firewall. Make sure you seal the opening though so there's not water leak.

you could also tap into the power port that is above the radio just make sure that you dont exceed 10amps on that line and you'll be fine
