^this one will fit but the other one which is 11.5 inches wide is probably not going to work since that is very wide

I might be able to get them for a good price. Which is im thinking of getting them. So basically the 19s wont fit because they are too wide. Is there a way to possibly make them fit?

BTW what size rims are you running matt? They look nice.

does the .5 inch difference in the width of the rim compared to the svt rims make a noticeable diff in handling?

 

Tire width and profile make handling differences.
Rim width helps determine acceptable tire width
and desired tire height determines tire profile.
