Flux capacitor is used for time travel

back to the comment on slow deceleration, it might have something to do with the variable valve timing.

The answere is.....YES! It took me awhile to get use to it as well. The engine does take WAY to long to decelerate when pushing in on the clutch. People outside your car probably think you're new at this hot rod thing. I noticed it after doing a pro-stock style burnout across an Auto-Zone parking lot! It sounds like you've still got your foot in it after you stop. Its due to this "drive-by-wire" technology. I hope the SCT Excalibrator II that should be here today will fix, or at least make the problem a little less noticeable.

On the flip side, when you are power shifting, the RPM's drop between shifts even if you dont let your foot up off the pedal.....Kinda strange....

Feces! And I thought my stick driving skills had eroded. Maybe it IS the freakin engine controls...

This car just wants you to take it to 4500-5000 rpm's every shift.

it's the IAC (idle air control) that keeps the RPMs up.
