Default Has a fix come out for the convertible problems?

I remember reading awhile back that the early verts 05-07 the vert top would go straight up and be stuck in that position. I remember reading the dealer had no fix for this and basically told consumers, too bad. Was this ever fixed?

I was not aware of this problem, but I just had my motor and hydralics replaced in my 07. The motor just died in the up position. The car only has 2,000 miles.
