Yes. Also, habitually driving short trips where the engine does not get up to normal operating temperature will also cause carbon to build up.

I heard there are big problem with spark plugs in V8. Are there any problem with spark plugs in V6?

I did my 06 at 28000 and they were tight but they came out with out brakeing. at the very least pull them and put the antiseize on them. I had to change mine for my N02 but at 100.00 for plugs i would waited to change them at about 50000.

Is the spark plug issue for all 2005+? Where I can find the tsb for it? It didn't show up on my search for 2008's. Thanks.

Just make sure you pull the plugs when your engine is hot, its sooo much easier!

No, problem is only with 4.6 and 5.4 liter engines with the 3 valve setup used in Ford/Mercury/Lincoln cars and trucks prior to the early '08 update to a one piece design that is NOT backwards compatible.

Would you guys recommend me changing the plug wires too if I change out the plugs? I got 35k miles
