The V8s do not have spark plug wires. A coil is on top of each plug, with a boot attatched to it to reach the plug.

I think they should be removed at 10 miles and anti-seized.
Replaced, no.
Anti-seized to prevent brakage when they are actually worn out
and DO need replacing, yes.
They are good for 100,000 miles according to the 07 maintance
guide.
