Default Replacing interior Carpet - Easy?

I would like to replace my interior carpet as the old one has a couple of holes in it due to the chick with high heels putting her foot through it!

After looking at the Haynes manual, it seems pretty easy and straight forward to replace it.
1. Remove front seats.
2. Remove back seat.
3. ?? Take off center console?
4. Remove old carpet.
5. Replace with new carpet
6. Replace seats and Center console.

Yes? No? Comments?
I looked for other posts on this but no suggestions that I found.

Thanks!

did mine in my 06 Vert over the summer, I had a wear hole near the deadmans pedal. Took me a total of 2hrs, start to finish. Very easy to do, nothing tricky at all. One tip, get a can of that 3M adhesive spray, use it sparingly as your laying it out. Helps prevent shifting and bunching.

i replaced mine this past summer and it was easy. the hardest part is taking some of the side panels off a little bit. u have to pull them a little so that the carpet goes under it, like the door sills. but it was fairly easy
