I thought it might look strange.

If you want real C/F the place in the link below has actual C/F but its expensive and they only have the console top as I understand it. See the link below.

I was wondering about distorting as well, and looked at how the film made the transition from the top to the sides of the console, and think it looks fine. You are correct, inside the cupholders is no film, just solid black.

Thanks for all the compliments everyone.

Looks good Bob. Glad you are happy with the service. BTW there is no real advantage to using real CF on these interior parts. Real CF is very expensive and at best is only a stick on.

What was the turn around time getting this done? I purchased a spare radio bezel and I either want to paint the bezel a gloss black or do this to it.

Do you know if they can adjust the direction of the weave? On yours the the weave on the bezel is going in a different direction then the center console. It would look better if the direction matched on the two.

I'm definitely interested as well. Maybe when I get some extra cash.

is this coating meant for interior pieces only? How do you think rockers and a chin spoiler would turnout with the coating?

I think you can do exterior parts... I was told they coat using automotive clearcoat.
