Got rid of Ellie because she was paid for and we had too many car loans. Selling that and another car allowed us to save a load of money. We did have a lot of money in it, but I have about the same amount in my '07. We'd gotten to the point where the only place we drove Ellie to was the drag strip and shows. We didn't trust people in parking lots. So it seemed like a waste.

And nothing wrong with exhausting all options.

hmm well after i just looked it up right now to verify, seems as if import people use the idea as lip kits lol. just google "home depot lip kit" and it has all the info you need. I would guess it would also be protecting your bumper. Let me know if your gonna do it.

get a piece of aluminum plated under the front bumper. i'm planning that once the conversion is done with
