Default Sad face :(

---January 23, 2009 ---

Lady in a lifted excursion decides not to use her mirrors or look and took me out. Avoided the most of it, it would have been at my door but saw it coming soon enough to swerve out of harms way.

A lady stopped in front of me for the red light so I peeled of into the right turn lane and she decided at the last second she needed to go to the gas station. At this point I was right next to her. I saw her cranked her wheel over and step on it so I floored it and swerved into the gas station. So instead of ramming right into my door she only got the rear end

that sucks bro but hopefully it was considered her fault and your not having to come out of pocket to fix it. (was going to insert sexist comment but decided not too)

That looks nasty .
I also hope you called the police to get a accident report of everything.

I am not sure about your state but in GA you are not suppose to change lanes within 150 feet of an intersection, so you if the cops where called for an accident report you might get a citation for it.

Yeah she got right out and was like Im so sorry I didnt even see you and just gave me her extra insurance card and all the info on her drivers license and didnt even take my information..kinda odd. Didn't get a police report, dumb on my part, but nobody got hurt which is great.

Got it all cleared through insurance and just waiting on the claims people to call back and give us a go. The guy wants to just repair the panel if possible and quote $1800 for it..I think he is gonna find he is going to have to replace the panel.

The rim appears to be ok but he is going to take it to Discount and get their opinion. It only has black on it from her tire and doesn't seem to have any scratches or anything so she may get lucky and not have to replace the rim.

But it still drives fine and everything just looks terrible lol
